Ted Lund's practice focuses on representation of corporations, other enterprises and individuals in a variety of business and corporate matters including technology licensing, contract negotiations with strategic suppliers and customers, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property protection, e-commerce, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Lund also has substantial litigation experience ranging from complex commercial, corporate and partnership disputes to employment, insurance, tort, and collection matters. Mr. Lund is a graduate of Bowdoin College (B.A. 1985) and Boston University School of Law (J.D. summa cum laude, 1990). Mr. Lund is a member of the Boston Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts.
